The stages of Formation are:
After profession, the sisters take one year course of catechesis so as to empower them for evangelization. Retreats and seminars each year support ongoing formation.
A Catholic girl with a good will of service to God, Church knowledge, good health and character can join the Congregation. The minimum educational qualification to join the Congregation is form four.
